Brushing and Flossing

Brushing Your Teeth with Braces

When you have braces, it's very important to brush and floss after once in the morning after breakfast and once in the evening before bed. We recommend three angles of pushing and wiggling the bristles in and around the braces, brush each tooth individually. We use Colgate Wave Sensitive and Oral-B Superfloss, which can be found in the dental aid department on your local store.
